The time is the 1950's. The place is the State of Maine. It's Post WWII and people are trying to get their lives back to normal. New people are moving into Fairhaven, the small town located on Deanes Island somewhere in Casco Bay. Fairhaven is connected to the mainland of Maine by a bridge to Portland, very convenient for the residents, but also very inconvenient when visitors bring their criminal lives with them. Don't worry.
